The website presents Xepep’s activity: traditional cooking, takeaway food and delivery in Aspe and the surrounding area; catering and events (local fiestas, live paella cooking, company events and celebrations) in the province of Alicante and nearby areas; and a daily service for contract catering clients. Through it, you can browse our services, get in touch with us and ask for a no-obligation quote.
This legal notice governs access to and use of the website. By browsing it, you become a user and accept these terms. We may update them when necessary; the version in force is always the one published on this page.
Terms of use
Access to the website is open and free of charge. By using it, you agree to:
- Use it lawfully, diligently and in good faith, in accordance with the law, this legal notice and public order.

- Logos and brand: the Xepep brand and its logos are the company’s distinctive signs. They may not be used without prior written authorisation.
- Family archive photographs: the historical photographs come from the family archive and are part of the business’s history.
- Illustrative images: some images on the website have been generated with artificial intelligence and are illustrative while we complete our photo shoot. They do not necessarily show specific dishes, set-ups or events carried out by Xepep.
Reproducing, distributing, publicly communicating or modifying this content, in whole or in part, without our express authorisation is prohibited, except for strictly personal and private use. If you would like to use any of the content, write to us and we can discuss it.
Liability
We work to keep the information on the website correct and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is free of errors or omissions at all times. To the extent permitted by law, Xepep is not liable for:
