When to book your company Christmas lunch
When to book your company Christmas lunch, which dates go first, lunch or dinner, formats and allergens, plus a countdown calendar so you’re not rushed.

Christmas parties
End the year sharing a table with your team. We cater your Christmas party at your workplace or at a venue of your choice, whether it’s a relaxed lunch or a dinner with time to celebrate.
A standing reception makes it easy for colleagues to mingle and talk across departments. We serve hot and cold bites; cheese, croquetas or rice stations give people different spots to gather.
If you’d rather have a sit-down lunch or dinner, we organise starters, a main course and dessert. Live rice dishes work for a team lunch too: we check where to cook and how to serve them at the agreed time.

Tell us when the working day ends and what time you want to gather the team. If there’ll be a toast, a few words or presents handed out, we time it around when the food comes out.
We can bring the kitchen to your workplace or to whatever venue you have ready. Tell us what tables, crockery and equipment are there so we can plan the set-up.
We invoice in the company’s name. Waiting staff and tableware are itemised and quoted separately, depending on the format you choose.

Check availability as soon as you have a day in mind. With the date, the town and a rough headcount, we can start organising the celebration.
Tell us about any allergies and dietary needs in the team, too. That way we can choose the dishes with you, and how to serve them.
Depending on the format: a standing drinks reception with bites and stations; a sit-down lunch or dinner with starters, a main course and dessert; or live rice as the main dish of the gathering.
Waiting staff and tableware are quoted separately. We invoice in the company’s name. If you celebrate on your own premises, we check access, set-up space and clear-away so we don’t disrupt the working day.
It’s worth checking the date as soon as you have a rough day in mind. For the rest of the year, our corporate event catering covers coffee breaks, lunches and functions.
If you want the team to mingle and chat, a drinks reception with food stations works well. If you’d rather linger at the table, go for a lunch or dinner with table service. Tell us the timings and what kind of get-together you have in mind.
Yes. Tell us what space you have, how we get in and what kitchen equipment there is. We’ll work out with you where to set up, serve and clear away, so the party fits around the company’s working day.
We put the proposal together with you. You can combine starters and a main course served at the table, go for a drinks reception or bring together several food stations. We start from the kind of celebration and your team’s preferences.
The service always comes with an invoice. Give us your company’s tax details when you book, and tell us who to send the proposal to.
As soon as you have a rough date. We can check availability and format with an approximate headcount; then we firm up the numbers and the food requirements.
Get inspired by our gallery of tables and dishes.
For other dates in the calendar, take a look at our corporate event catering. If your team would rather gather around a rice dish, take a look at paella delivery for groups.
Send us the day you have in mind, the place and how many colleagues will attend. We’ll help you plan it.
