Planning a fiesta marquee bar: stock, service and permits
Plan a fiesta marquee bar: attendance, drinks, refrigeration, restocking, payment and permits for a local association or committee.

Local fiestas
Fiestas that leave no room for improvising. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners for large groups throughout the fiestas, without driving the person in charge mad. You handle the fiesta; we’ll handle the hunger.
Who it’s for
In the marquee
We set up the kitchen and the bar inside your marquee, with a dedicated menu for lunches and dinners. Every order goes through a handheld ordering device or a QR code and is recorded, so the committee always knows what’s been served and what’s been charged. At the end of the week, it all tallies.

At the table
Rice dishes for everyone, griddled almuerzos (mid-morning snacks) and plated dishes served at the table on the big days. We tailor it to your budget per table.

As early as you can. Fiesta weeks fill up months ahead, and many committees book a year ahead.

For First Communions, birthdays and family get-togethers, see our catering for celebrations. And if your fiestas are in the area, there’s catering in Aspe and the Vinalopó.
