Planning a First Communion lunch in Alicante
Plan a First Communion lunch in Alicante or the Vinalopó: choosing a venue, catering formats, children’s meals, dietary needs and a weekly checklist.

Paella delivery
Gather your people around a freshly made paella. We bring the cook and the kit to your home, finca or venue, and cook the rice while you enjoy the get-together.
We bring the ingredients, paella pans, burners and a cook. To plan our arrival, we need to know how we get in, where the cooking area is and where you’ll put the tables.
You can take care of the table and the serving yourself, or add plating and service. Appetisers, drinks, dessert and tableware are chosen with you when we plan the meal.

Arroz a banda, chicken and vegetable, rabbit, or pork with green garlic: tell us what your group likes. We go over the recipe and the portions for the day.
If anyone has allergies or dietary preferences, tell us before we finalise the dishes. We’ll work out with you what to combine and how to serve it.

Send us the location and tell us how to get to the cooking area. A finca, a garden or a venue each need a different set-up.
We time our arrival and when we start the rice around your mealtime. Tell us too whether you have crockery and who’ll be looking after the table, so we bring what you need.
Yes, we send the cook and the kit to wherever you’re getting together. Beforehand, we go through with you where to set up the burners and how we’ll get the equipment in.
With the cooking-only option, you provide the space, the tables and the serving. Tell us what tableware you have and whether you need us to plate up or look after your guests.
Tell us which rice dishes you’d like to share and how many guests there’ll be. We plan the cooking around the space for the burners and the time you’ll be eating.
Give us the exact location, vehicle access details and a description of the cooking area. Let us know where your guests will be and what tables or equipment are already there.
The service with a cook is designed for group gatherings. For two people, check with the shop for its everyday dishes and the orders it can take.
The team sets off from Aspe and serves groups in Alicante. We also travel to the cities of Valencia, Murcia and Albacete. Send us the address and we’ll plan the journey and the set-up.
See the burners at work in our rice gallery.
Find out about our paella and live cooking service. For a community meal, see our giant paella for events.
Tell us where you’ll be meeting, how many guests you’ll have and which rice you fancy. We’ll plan the cooking and the table with you.
